What was your path to IT?

How do you feel about working in a male team?
What would you recommend to women who want to go into IT or tech?
Exactly the same as for women who want to go into any ability to read technical documentation in english other field. Don’t be afraid. Work on yourself. Find a community of supportive people who can push you forward. What makes me happy is that there are also many companies on the market that are willing to give beginners a chance and use their enthusiasm as an accelerator for their development. At the same time, I think it’s important not to see the difficulties associated with changing careers as barriers, but rather as challenges to overcome. One of my first IT projects led my company to bankruptcy and my partnership almost fell apart. It was incredibly difficult, but in retrospect I’m glad for it because it made me incredibly stronger.
Do you think it is right to address diversity in companies?
I think it is important to address diversity at the level of personality traits, opinions, communication skills and experiences. Therefore, because it undoubtedly brings many benefits to all parties. That is why it makes sense to me to measure and subsequently analyze the diversity of psychological profiles rather than gender balance.
What do you value most in the tech industry?
Technology is the future. It can help us overcome the biggest challenges we face as humanity. The education system in developing countries can be completely transformed by providing access to electricity and the internet. Poverty is a consequence of the inefficient distribution of global resources, which the development of technology can significantly reduce. It is not a matter of a few years, but rather of several generations. IT is without a doubt the fastest growing field.

Salesforce may be just a small piece in the vast digital world, but thailand data it holds a special place in my heart. Therefore, Beyond the simple fact that it’s a flexible solution that can help a variety of industries, there’s a great community of people around this seemingly. Therefore, boring technology that gives it a human aspect, a sense of acceptance, and fun.
