Rozárka processes calls and emails. Rossie.ai creates tailor-made tools using artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) is undoubtedly one of the major trends in contemporary business, so it is no wonder that more and more global and domestic companies intend to use it for their development. A startup called Rossie.AI can now make it easier for them, aiming to provide customers with tailor-made tools for natural language processing, primarily in Czech and other Central and Eastern European languages.

The new project, dubbed Rozárka, is being co-operated by two Czech companies with many years of experience in the technology sector. The first is Enehano, led by Jiří Macha and Michal Peška, which is a leading player in the field of digital transformation and automation through the Salesforce platform. The second entity is Agnostix, led by Martin France and Mário Mitas, which develops and supplies systems based on artificial intelligence. In the past, this organization created, for example, the virtual assistant Kate.

And Franc, who has been working on various AI solutions for seven years, will lead the new startup as CEO. “At Rossie.AI, we combine many years of expertise in building customer relationship management systems and virtual assistance tools. We focus on enterprise clients, where we bring the latest technologies in the areas of artificial intelligence and natural language processing,” he describes.

In addition to search-enhancing tools, Rossie.AI also wants to help companies with email processing. Artificial intelligence can classify email messages, prepare a summary of the email message for the recipient, and create various tasks based on it. “When developing our solutions, we use both large multilingual models and models specialized for specific tasks. We then tune and customize them according to the client’s needs,” summarizes Franc.

Another solution from Rozárka is capable of thorough call monitoring. Artificial intelligence can create a summary of calls, identify tasks arising from them, and then assign them to its human colleagues. In addition, it can evaluate the operator and provide him with feedback.

 

Focus on Salesforce

Rozárka is the first project created within the new Synequs what should we do?  holding, which was recently founded by the bosses of Enehan. Thanks to the connection to this company, Rossie.AI’s main customers will initially be companies that use the Salesforce platform for business management, marketing, or customer care.
