From Sweden to Australia, despite the pandemic

It’s been a few weeks since 2020 ended. With hindsight, I would like to share with you the balance of this wild and groundbreaking period.

2020 was a very challenging year. The corona crisis has affected us all without exception and has affected our daily lives. And despite my inner optimism, I think that it will unfortunately affect us for a long time to come.

The consequences of the pandemic also affected Enehano. First, projects were stopped for customers from the gastronomy and tourism industries, which were the first to be affected by the crisis. And during the first month, customers from the finance and telecommunications sectors also started to stop projects. Over the course of a few weeks, we registered a big drop in demand and suddenly we had 10 more Salesforce specialists than we needed at that moment.

I am very happy that even under these adverse circumstances, we as Enehano weathered the entire crisis and did not have to lay anyone off. And not only that, thanks to financial stability, we could even afford to use the free capacities for education and business support.

New beginnings and new challenge

They say that every crisis is also an opportunity. And  job seekers database this one is no exception. What trends do we see in all areas of business?

This is a huge increase in demand for digital business transformation .

Being able to offer and sell your services online, being able to work from anywhere, being able to minimize operating costs, being able to flexibly change processes. Each company has managed to cope with these new challenges differently. And although it has not been easy, some companies have managed it very well.

One example is ČSOB Pojišťovna . A few months before the outbreak of the first wave of the corona crisis, ČSOB Pojišťovna launched the Salesforce solution for distribution network management and unified client service under our leadership. It was thanks to the ability to connect from anywhere and always have up-to-date information about clients that ČSOB Pojišťovna was able to work with clients remotely. Thanks to this solution, the insurance company’s management received data from the entire distribution network (800 sales representatives) in real time and was able to respond flexibly to the situation.

I consider new customers from the logistics and healthcare sectors to be particularly important, thanks to which we managed to diversify and reduce dependence on one sector, which contributed to greater financial stability for the entire company.

Growth despite the corona crisis
Despite the many problems and complications that last year thailand data  brought, we managed to grow by 49% year-on-year to CZK 66.5 million in turnover . But turnover is not the most important number. Education is our top priority, and last year alone we invested more than CZK 4 million in education and personal development . We significantly increased the number of certifications per consultant, and the total number of certifications grew by 57% . The number of our team members has also grown. And we have also embarked on new projects, whether it was our own events or teaching at a university. 2020 was simply unique, see for yourself.
