Customer experience is the key to success

Honza Hromas started working with Enehan as a Principal Business Consultant more than a year ago, but he also has a wide range of other activities. In this interview, you will learn where he studies, how he relaxes, and what he likes about working with Enehan.

Honza, you work with Enehan as a Business Consultant. Could you describe what exactly you do?
We design solutions for customers on the Salesforce platform for sales, service and marketing teams. We design business process settings, i.e. who will work with the new solution and how, what purposes the solution should serve, what its goals are and how we will measure the result.

 

But this is not your only job. You also have a CRM for non-profit organizations and provide

consulting services abroad
I have been working in CRM for 24 years. I have been on my own spam database  since 2020. My main domain is CRM People, where we help clients improve the customer experience. In November 2022, Jirka (Machem, CEO of Enehan, author’s note) and I agreed to work together. When I compare CRM People and Enehan, the biggest difference I see is that at Enehan I have a large team around me, so it is more fun and at the same time a relief that I am not doing everything on the project alone.

Was that the reason you chose Enehano? I don’t think you’d be bored in your own company or project.
CRM People focuses on strategies, not technology implementations. Enehano is the best, biggest in Salesforce implementations and has good projects. We found a common ground here. In addition, there is a young, energetic team and an almost family atmosphere, which is important to me.

 

I understand that. Can you tell me which work experience has moved you the most?
Overall, the most interesting project for PPF was when we built a digital bank in Germany. The German market is very closed, competitive, and when you want to enter it, you have to make a good first impression. At that time, we were building the most modern bank in the world. It was a completely new experience. We had a great IT team that also developed our own cloud banking system. The bank was 100% focused on the client and their needs, we continuously tested the entire design on clients. I was in charge of marketing automation, which, in the case of a digital bank, is the main driver of the customer experience. It was a great responsibility and experience that I still benefit from today.

How long did the project last? Was it successfully completed?

In total, the project lasted about 6 years, I worked on it for the  here we need to talk a little about the structure of our brain last two years.

We prepared the entire system, but unfortunately the investor ultimately decided not to invest in the financial sector and decided to scale back its activities there. Therefore, we were forced to end the project two months before the actual launch.

 

That must be a big frustration.
It was a big disappointment for everyone. My task was to build a custom solution, hire a German team, and put the system into operation. Even though I had done my part, of course I would have liked to see the system in production. After this experience, I decided to start a business. I knew I wanted to help other clients and companies with customer experience management.

You have many years of experience with several systems, could you compare individual CRMs? Why Salesforce?
Salesforce is No. 1, with the largest market share, followed by Microsoft by a long way. But Salesforce may not suit everyone. It is a large, complex, premium solution, which is reflected in the cost. If a client decides to go for something else, it is usually because of the price.
