Enehano entered 2023 as a trusted partner with a broad portfolio of successfully completed transformation projects and a seven-year history. Last year, the 90-member team defended its position as the largest Salesforce partner, achieved record sales of 167 million crowns, and is preparing the largest expansion of its services to date for 2024. Jiří Mach, CEO of Enehano, will reveal more in our interview.
A year full of the best
If we look at last year through the lens of transformation projects, what would you highlight?
It is clearly the acquisition of the largest transformation project in the CEE region at Česká spořitelna, where we jointly launched the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. This is a comprehensive transformation of both retail and corporate client service, not only at branches, but also within contact centers and in marketing communication.
Enehan, it’s not just the banking sector anymore. What gambling data india about other segments?
That’s right, we are increasingly seeing demand for our services, mainly from the manufacturing sector and recently also from the utilities and telecommunications sectors. I am probably most happy about the emerging cooperation with Innogy, T-Mobile, Generali Česká pojišťovna.

Yes, but it’s not just about image. One of these values is “I care” and the commitment to invest 1% of turnover in CSR activities every year. How is this being done?
We are fulfilling this promise, last year we sent 1.3 million crowns to the attitude of friends and relatives to my decision CSR activities. At the same time, we see that it unites all Enehaň employees across branches. I can think of the December charity beach volleyball tournament, which brought together more than 30 colleagues from all 4 branches and the winning team chose a charity project to which the money would go.
Where is the next support going?
We also focus on education. A significant amount goes to teaching at universities and to the Women in Tech (WiT) project, which aims to make it easier for women to enter the IT world and is supported by Česká spořitelna and Barclays. Last year, thanks to this, WiTky organized a total of 5 professional courses, 5 soft-skill and networking-focused events, and over 280 participants attended their events.

Returning to the personal growth of Enehan himself, does it require any internal changes?
Certainly. Enehano has reached a stage where it is necessary to make fundamental changes not only in the organizational structure. The main change is the decentralization of management, which will have a positive effect on the smoothness of deliveries in the required quality and higher efficiency. Thanks to this, we ourselves will gain more space for growth.
The changes in leadership began last year…
That’s right. We are not just making changes in the organization, but thailand data they affect the entire organizational structure, including management. Michal Peška handed over the management of the store to Jard Havrda to free up his hands for the new role of Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
But these are not the only organizational changes that are coming, are they?
Yes. Enehano continues to maintain its status as a technology and consulting company that helps clients streamline their business on the Salesforce platform. However, as part of transformation projects, we want to cover a wider range of services for customers. To help them, for example, with complete data and online integration, data models or using the latest trends, such as generative artificial intelligence, we decided to establish a new holding company, Synequs, above Enehano .
