Everything goes better with a smile. Even Salesforce.

What does your career path look like so far?
I have been in the IT sector for the last 17 years, focusing on ERP, CRM, CX and business consulting. I have had the opportunity to work with various systems such as Abra, Helios, IFS and SAP. I have held positions as a consultant, project manager, team leader or division leader.

 

How did you get to Salesforce?

In my previous job, we implemented a CRM solution from SAP. We started getting requests for Salesforce. I decided to roll up my sleeves and start learning how to implement and sell Salesforce. Gradually, I managed to build a division around me focused directly on Salesforce.

 

What impressed you most about Salesforce?
I have encountered many systems in my career and Salesforce rich people database  has been the one that suits me the most. I admire the community of enthusiastic people that has emerged around Salesforce around the world. The joy of sharing information, not just competing, as is the custom with other solutions.

It is clear that Salesforce is the market leader and that it uses the feedback it receives from a huge number of customers globally to advance the product. Three times a year, a release is released that takes into account user comments. In this way, Salesforce also builds its community, which not every company can do.

The icing on the cake is that I work with the latest technologies at the center of things.

 

What projects or challenges do you currently have ahead of you?

I am currently working as a Solution Architect on a project  how to make wishes come true for Česká spořitelna, where we are the first in the Czech Republic to implement Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud. It is a large-scale project focused on automating and digitizing processes at the bank’s branches and contact centers.

The project represents a great challenge, but also an opportunity for innovation.

 

Do you have a goal you would like to achieve during your time at Enehan?
My vision is to help companies successfully transform digitally and provide them with the best possible customer experience. I would like to continue to guide customers on this journey in the enterprise segment, while constantly developing myself.

I like challenges and Enehano gives me those.

 

Why did you choose Enehano? What attracted you to the company?
I see Enehano as a leader in the Salesforce market and admire the values ​​the company stands for. I also appreciate the company’s approach to educating the market and caring for its environment.

 

What projects or currently have ahead of you?

I like that Enehano does not try to go the corporate route and thailand data  that vdespite its constant growth, it maintains the friendliness and flexibility of a family business. I would therefore like to participate in optimizing processes towards the satisfaction of the company and customers while maintaining the values ​​that we have as a company and that make us unique.

 

And finally – what do you like to do in your free time?
Exercise, hardening, sauna, meditation and nature recharge my batteries. My children, dancing, discovering new things, traveling and friends bring me joy.

At the same time, I try to share my experience and teach Digital Transformation at a private university.

In general, I am a big fan of all innovations, I enjoy developing myself, learning new things, collecting Trailhead badges and certifications.
