I wanted to be a developer, so I studied Software Engineering and Management. During my last semester of college, I worked full-time and was introduced to Salesforce for the first time. As I like to say: “I spread my legs wide”.

In fact, school was quite “wide-ranging”, and I still draw on my knowledge of web technologies and security to this day.

Enehano is the largest Salesforce partner in the Czech Republic, which brings many benefits. I enjoy being part of something big. There are a lot of people here to learn from. The company is growing at a rapid pace and offers many opportunities for professional development.

Salesforce is constantly evolving, and so am I. Every release ability to read technical documentation in english  contains new features. That’s what I enjoy most about not only Enehan, but also about my job in general.

Can you tell us about your typical work day?
I wake up in the morning, make coffee for my wife and cocoa for the kids. Then, depending on the client’s needs, I work from home or go to the office.

Meetings take up most of my day. In the meantime, I try to complete necessary tasks and prepare designs and briefs for the project. Sometimes, however, I barely have an hour left for deep work.

What technologies and tools do you use most often in your work?
In my role with a large number of passwords, you will also appreciate 1Password.

What project you worked on do you consider the most successful and why?
I consider my most successful project to be the largest Salesforce implementation for Česká spořitelna . I have led very few projects from start to finish. Large projects have taught me and provided valuable experience.

What are the biggest challenges you face at Enehan, and how do you overcome them?
I sit on seven chairs. I am a team leader, competence leader and I work on projects and other activities. Switching between different contexts is challenging, but thanks to my experience and ability to adapt quickly, I can handle it.

How does Enehano support the professional development and  thailand data education of employees?
If you are interested, you will be given space. Enehano supports Salesforce certifications and employees have the opportunity to attend professional conferences and training. For example, this year I attended the “Architect Dreamin” conference in Berlin, which also included practical workshops.

How does work affect your personal and professional growth?
Work (not only at Enehan) has a great influence on my personal and professional growth. I am a strong introvert. Thanks to the development of soft skills, I have learned to communicate, negotiate and not be afraid of the unknown. The variety of projects gives me a broad perspective and helps me develop.
