According to a McKinsey study , 1 in 4 women during the pandemic have seriously considered taking on roles with less responsibility or leaving their careers because they were faced with an increase in domestic responsibilities: unacceptable. for International Women’s Day (IWD) on March 8 is #BreakTheBias. Acknowledging the existence of bias is not enough – concrete measures are needed to help promote pay equity and promote the well-being of all workers through work-life balance.
